LT-55 Problem

Hey guys,

I posted a few times about a year ago, and (http://maplered.com) havn't been around since. Well Im back again and (http://maplered.com) ready to get back to work! We have been using the LT-55 Laser Temp machine again as we will be going to CNCs very soon. I know Iv read about this problem before but cant seem to find the answer. I swaped out the memory card for a blank one and (http://maplered.com) get the error message something like "Cannont open port". I remember it being something to do with a config file so I put the original SD card back in the Palm for todays jobs, well I am getting the same problem again! What was the fix for this? BTW... LT55 is working great!
